Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue Needs Our Help!
Donation protected
I am Josie and I am a grade 4 student. I am passionate about all animals and wildlife and I know that if we work together we can help! Every little bit makes a difference.
my original goal was $250 but with everyone's help we have already surpassed that goal. I think we can do more to help Soper Creek so I have raised my goal to $1000. Please keep sharing and donating you are all awesome!
Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue is Durham Regions only Wildlife Rehabilitation Center; taking in thousands of sick, injured and orphaned wildlife each year with the goal of releasing them back into their natural habitat.
On top of that, 65 non-releasable animals call their wildlife centre home permanently. Each with their own unique story as to why they can not go back into the wild.
Right now Soper creek is in need of equipment for the huge number of birds of prey that have been coming in. Since November they have had over 45 birds of prey come in. Specifically they need money for eye care equipment such as a transilluminator, ophthalmoscope (with a blue light) as well as a machine that tests eye pressure from head injuries.
Please help me make this fundraiser a success and send a little bit of love to Soper Creek and all of the animals they help every day!
