Callum

Hi my name is selina mother of callum, callum aged 7 has been in hospital for 7 months now, spending most of his time vented and on icu.

Unfortunately now callums condition has deteriorated he is suffering from end of stage lung disease, which means he is now palliative.. we've been in lots of talks with his palliative care nurse about where best for callum when the time comes and we have decided against hospice support as we would rather callum be around the nurses and people he knows instead of in a strange place when he takes his last breaths, its been agreed callum will remain on ward 85 until he passes away. In the mean time I am desperate to make callums hospital room a home, without it having an effect on my 4 other children around the Christmas period as they are already eduring allot of changes to their little lives. Being by callums side is already having a financial impact on our family as you can imagine we need to eat and drink while we are here and it's not always as easy as finding the time or energy to cook a meal if any one could help spare even as little as £1 to help me make my little man's room feel like home as much as possible there's also so many things things callum hasn't been able to do in his little life. So much i would like to bring to life at his hospital bedside.. unfortunately the Dr's aren't confident callum will make it to spend another Christmas with us , I really would love to bring Christmas early to him and my other children if we raise enough funds, if I could give him the world my self I really really would. He is the bravest little boy I have ever known and we are all so so proud of him and his fight
