Sunday School Meditations

Sunday School Meditations is an insightful Bible Study broadcast that has been around for a long time. It first began on the radio over 64 years ago, providing sound scriptural teaching and excellent a cappella music. Our mission statement remains much the same- we are determined to be a Biblical ministry by using various media including radio and the internet to promote the teaching of God's Word and to assist Sunday School teachers in their preparation. Only recently, because of increasing costs and debt, we had no choice but to pull our program from the radio. However, we have determined to press on, bringing the Bible instruction for a while longer because we believe it glorifies God and continues to edify people. Our sincere hope is to operate into September so we can reach more people with the gospel, and reach that 65th anniversary for a proper conclusion.

Today we are carrying a debt of over $12,000. The cost of our operation is actually quite small, but the radio station debt must be paid as soon as possible. The irony is that cutting the radio outreach necessitated cutting the lion's share of our income.

From the very beginning SSMed has been a nonprofit undertaking that delivers 52 Bible lessons every year. We are asking for financial help so we can finish this in a respectable manner.
