Katie McGee's Story
Katie was recently diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), just three months after giving birth to her daughter Penny. She faces a long road of aggressive chemotherapy, followed by surgery.
Katie is a stay-at-home mother to three wonderful children: Theo (7), Cooper (3), and Penny (4 months). Adam is a full-time police officer for the City of Novi Police Department. Adam is currently an assigned Special Response Team Sniper for the Southwest Oakland Special Response Team and holds various job duties within the Police Department, all while staying active within the community. Adam is also an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police SW Oakland County Stanley Clark Lodge #128.
Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive type of invasive breast cancer and differs from other types of traditional and invasive diagnoses. TNBC grows and spreads fast, has fewer treatment options, and tends to have challenging resolution options.
All proceeds will be used to help the McGee family make life easier with three small children, so Katie can focus her energy on their family and her healing through an extensive journey toward recovery.
