Given the turbulent economic times that COVID has thrust upon all of us, the Tecumseh Theater, like many other venues and organizations, has suffered immense revenue shortfalls as a result. Thus, we are calling upon you, to give what you can to help ensure the Cultural Beacon of the Hocking Valley continues to bring us all together for entertainment, education, and fellowship (when safe to do so). Every dollar of your donation will go directly toward the theater’s immediate operation costs: you’ll be literally keeping the lights on in the theater, and helping with much-needed maintenance and repairs. And, as this new community grows, your membership will help continue the restorations already begun. We ask that you give what you can. By giving, your contribution illustrates a belief beyond monetizable means. It is a personal declaration that you see the Tecumseh Theater as the heart of Shawnee and as a valuable cultural, historic, and architectural keystone of Appalachian Ohio. You join others in helping to preserve a way forward for the region and an avenue to bring joy and happiness to all those who step through its doors.
