Nottingham Architects' Charity League
Donation protected
Co-founded by Ahmed Elamin of Marchini Curran associates and Ismail Haruna of CPMG Architects, the Nottingham Architects’ Charity League (NACL) brings together Nottingham’s architectural practices to take part in its first annual charity event.
The NACL is about local architects supporting local charities, aiming to raise awareness of wonderful local charities whilst raising as much money as possible.
This year's event is simple. Eight of Nottingham's top architectural practices will compete in a bowling event to win as much money for their respective charity. No matter who wins, each charity will receive at least £500.
Our original aim was to raise £5,000 in our first year, but given how well received the idea has been and pledges from generous sponsors the aim is now to raise £7,500!
The bowling event will take place in mid-may at TenPin bowling in Nottingham. The exact details will be announced in due course. As part of each architectural practice's team, they will be assigned 1 wild card slot that will be filled by some of our largest sponsors.
There are 8 wild card slots in total, each being reserved by sponsors who have donated £750 or more. If you are interested in a wild card spot, please reach out. These are being allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Over the next few weeks, we will be announcing the architectural practices taking part, the sponsors and most importantly, the charities that are being supported.
Join us in making the 2023 Nottingham Architects' Charity League the first of many and supporting our local charities!
