Turner Co. Small Biz Recovery Grant

The Ashburn Turner Co. Chamber of Commerce is working to serve the businesses in our community. We are creating a Small Business Recovery Fund in order to help our neighbors stay in business until after the Corona Virus is over.
Donations can be given over this GoFundMe, at a special account at South Georgia Banking Company or buy purchasing a T-Shirt at the Ashburn Piggly Wiggly. 100 % of the money will go to a fund that small businesses in Turner County can apply for. All businesses that apply and are accepted will recieve an equal share of the number recieved and divided by the number of participants.
For Example:
If we raise $1,000 and 10 businesses apply, each will recieve $100.
If we raise $10,000 and 10 businesses apply, each will recieve $1,000.
It is our hope that our community will come #turnertogether and help their neighbor if they have the means.

. We are working to provide for the small businesses in our community. The rules to qualify for the fund are as follows:
-Must be a for-profit business with 10 or less employees. Self employed are allowed to apply.
-Business must have a physical location/address in Turner County.
-Businesses must have been operational in Turner County as of February 15, 2020.
-Business must have a local business license or state issued license
-Business must complete the Turner County Impact Survey. https://bit.ly/covidimpactstudy
How to Apply:
Applicants must apply for the grant using this online google form or mail in a paper application. The Chamber MUST recieve your application by May 14th. Please make arrangements to submit digitally, mail, or drop off your applications in the Chamber mail box by THURSDAY, MAY 14TH.
Qualifiying applicants will recieve an equal share of the money raised by May 15th. Checks will be put in the mail to the address listed on the application on Friday, May 15th.
