Help Support Displaced Sudanese Families

Hi everyone, my name is Myadah. My family and I are trying to raise funds to help our family in Sudan. Their homes were looted in Dinder and Sinja and then set on fire. They have nothing and were forced to flee to Gederaf where they are currently sleeping outside with no beds and little food and water.

The initial goal is 15,000 USD. However, we will need to exceed this goal/increase it for evacuation purposes.

You will be helping a family of about 50. It is an extended family, the majority of whom are children, women, and elderly. My uncle, who was the sole provider, was unfortunately attacked and injured and is not able to support his family.

How this fund will be used:

Food/Water

Medication

Hygiene necessities, especially for the girls, women, and babies

Transportation

Eventually, evacuation - passports, visas, necessary transport and whatever additional fees the neighbouring countries will request from them

The funds will be sent directly to a trusted aunt in Gederaf who will use the funds to gather the necessary dignity supplies and food and hopefully evacuate to a nearby country.

Anything helps honestly. My family only has my mom and myself overseas to support them and we have reached capacity as we have so many family members across Sudan that we are assisting.
