Willows awareness & help others dogs

Hi,

Im here to warn others and to also tell you about my darling willow who sadly passed away on the 16/10/22.

Willow was 5 months old when we went and picked her up, and at 6 months old she passed away from a nasty virus called parvovirus. She was fully vaccinated on her record card.

Willow brought so much happiness to those around her, she was such a lovely little bundle of joy who loved her walks, being around the children and loved people, she was like my little shadow.

She became poorly on Tuesday 11th which we thought was a sickness bug, as the next day she was eating and drinking again, but still seemed very sad and sleepy which I thought she was overcoming the sickness bug, but on the Thursday she took a awful turn and stoped eating and drinking and began to be sick again, I took her to the vets immediately which they said it was a sickness bug and gave her an anti sickness injection, and said she would be better within the next 24 hours, the next morning she was no different if not worse and was sick again, I rushed her to the vets in which this point she was very poorly and was passing blood through her bottom, the vet admitted on the Friday morning, I asked them if I could pay and do a parvovirus test which I did and it sadly came back positive, and by the Sunday 16th Oct, I had the devastating news to accept that they had done everything they could to save her but her little body was giving up, and she passed away peacefully, this was the most heartbreaking news, something no owner should have to hear.

Im doing this fundraiser to raise money to donate to a charitable vets, to thank them so much for all they do for our sick animals and the treatment willow revived from her vets, this doesn’t bring her back but I can’t thank them enough for what they tried to do for her.

PARVOVIRUS is around and it is life threatening so please people keep on top of vaccinations, and any early signs please seek help from a vet.
