The money raised from this campaign will go toward funding the awesomely weird short film "Wretch" from Full Media Jacket, LLC.
FMJ is a production company in Houston, TX created and run by us, a husband and wife filmmaker team whose specialty lies in narrative promotional films for artists, theaters, schools, non-profits, and start-ups. We pride ourselves in our ability to create high quality, interesting videos on demanding budgets. Now, we are asking for your help to raise enough money to create our own narrative short film!
The money we raise will go to paying our amazingly talented cast and crew, renting necessary gear (such as HMI lights, a doorway dolly, and maybe even a probe lens if we're lucky!), purchasing food, props, special effects makeup, securing locations, and affording some super talented doggos to co-star in our film!
Principle photography is scheduled for April 9 - 12, 2020 and our hopes are to raise our budget of $5,000 by mid-April. Your help in funding this film is so important to us! We are so excited to bring a unique and creative story to audiences, and we are overjoyed to show off not only lots of women behind the scenes but also a PREGNANT DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY! This is an opportunity for us, and you, to support independent filmmakers, female filmmakers, Houston filmmakers, and pregnant women in film!
