Sophie's Breast Fund

     Hello everyone ! My name Is Sophia and I am a transgender woman residing in Florida. As I began to grow up and learn about gender identity and sexual orientation I never felt completly right with my self. As I began to enter my teen years I began to realize I was never meant to be a "boy" but never knew how to go about it or how to get out of this horrible situation I was going through. After extensive research I came  upon my first trans woman on the internet and thought "I can do that?! There is a way out ?!"  However knowing my family I knew I wouldn't  recieve the emotional or finiacial support  I desperatlety needed to embark on this strenuous journey. So I took to Facebook and came out to my peers and a few select members of my family in January 2014 as transgender woman and under the name I chose to go by. I surprisingly had a tremendous amount of support and even found a new home from two lovely ladies who I moved in with named Bethany and Anaclara.





     These amazing women took me in and taught me how to be the woman I am slowly becoming today. They took me to my hormone replacment therapy sessions , endocrine appointments , accepted me into a new home but showed me most importanlty that I am still loved and that there are people who genuinely care for me. That there is the most important thing I could have asked for on this journey. I pay for my hormones and my gender therapist all and need the extra help because after bills , rent , and all the other cost that go along with living on my own I still end up short. So today I am reaching out to a bigger audience of people to help me reach my goal of obtaining breast implants and the medication that comes with it. I feel breast augmentation will change my life for the better and make me feel like the woman I want to be. I am speaking only on my behalf when I say that breast will make me feel validated and more comfortable in my gender.
