Hospital Bills/Moving Costs

Two weeks ago, I was admitted to the hospital with a deep vein thrombosis in my left leg that had broken off and caused massive pulmonary embolus in my lungs. I was so bad off that if I hadn't gone into the hospital when I did, I likely would have died. I was in there for three days, and during that time I had a fairly expensive procedure to put a filter in my inferior vena cava, to catch any more of the blood clot from my leg.
All this has lead to some pretty extensive bills. On top of it all, I have spent the last eight months dealing with continuous, costly car troubles, and now my engine light is on again and I still need to replace three of the tires.
And now I have to move. My best friend and I don't make much at our jobs, but we need to get into a better area. We hear gunshots often, and there were two shootings right behind our current apartment in the month of August alone. We need to get out of here, for safety if nothing else, but we have limited means. And now I have even more limited means, with the addition of hospital bills to a backlog of various car payments.
I'm looking for help. Ideally I'd like to raise 5000 to cover it all, but any amount would be helpful. And I'm not asking this completely for nothing. I worked as an English tutor for two years in college, and I would be willing to tutor anyone who is in school or knows someone in school for free for a semester, or just edit any papers you have. I also have four complimentary tickets to Disneyland, and the two highest donators will get two each. These tickets are good for any Disney park except Tokyo Disney - Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disneyland Paris - and are one-day park hoppers. Two of them expire in December of this year, and two expire next year. Whoever donates the most will get first pick.
I am very stressed out due to everything that has happened, and having money to pay my medical bills and move to a safer area would take a lot off my mind.
