Standing Strong for Glenn Guinn and his Family
Please lend your support to the Guinn family who are standing strong for Glenn Guinn, husband of Donna and father to Ashley and Jim, and grandfather to Addaley, Brayden and Grayson, with another grandchild on the way. Glenn was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, Glioblastoma Multiforme, in June of 2016. For those of you who know Glenn and his wife Donna, it will come as no surprise that they looked hard at what they were facing and then went to work to beat this awful disease. Hard work is something Glenn understands. He has been a diesel mechanic for over 30 years, most of his adult life. He has always been someone to lend a helping hand to anyone needing help. He enjoys being outside, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, working on his jeep, and just puttering around in the garage.
Glenn has fought fiercely and continues to fight, showing uncommon strength during radiation and chemotherapy. Despite the hardships of these kinds of treatments, Glenn maintained his dry sense of humor, still able to make jokes even when he was clearly suffering. At this point the prognosis is not hopeful and the battle is taking a terrible toll on everyone. Friends and family of the Guinn’s have come together to rally support for Glenn and Donna. There will be fund raiser on April 8th, with details to follow. We would like to raise $10,000 to help offset medical expenses and daily bills. Please consider donating to this family in crisis.
