Need a kidney transplant

Hi everyone my name is Natalie.... Those of you who know me know that I rather spend my days helping other people reach their goals..... But now I need your help to help me each my goals. My goal is to get a kidney transplant, marry my fiancé, become a mother, continue doing what I love(health coach), and watch my children grow into amazing people. I need your help to do that.... I am limited to working only a few days a week because of my current state of health which makes paying my monthly bills very difficult.
