Help pay for Puzzle's surgery

The vet has determined our cat Puzzle, a 3 year old grey tabby has an intestinal obstruction. In order to remove it she will have to under go surgery and be on IV fluids. Depending on what is causing it it can be upwards of over 1000$. I am on disability and don't make a lot of money, my boyfriend works full time and we're in a tough spot at the moment.

If we can't get her the surgery she will have to be put to sleep. It would be a really hard decision for both of us, but if we can't get the money we have no other option.
