Relief for Nepal

Nepal was hit by
the worst earthquake
in 81 years. Death toll is over 5000 and still rising. Worst-hit remote village areas are impossible to reach. In Kathmandu thousands are camping outdoors in makeshift tents for fear of powerful aftershocks. There is lack of food, clean drinking water, blankets and medications.
By donating through this relief fund, money will go directly to the people who need help right now and you will skip the multiple levels of NGO bureucracy, high NGO expat salaries, marketing-overhead, slow and corrupt Nepalese government.
The donations will go directly to a group of Nepali friends who are determined to distribute water, tents and blankets in the area of Melamchi and Sindhupalchok (in Kathmandu Valley) and it's neighbouring villages. These areas have not seen any form of relief yet and the people who live here lost everything.
The group of Nepali guys have the manpower and access to supplies, they just urgently need financial support.
They are working together with Childreach Nepal.
