Garfield The Railway Cat

Garfield is a much loved member of the Swindon and Cricklade Railway.
He is a permanent fixture around the Blunsdon and Hayes Knoll station, and many visitors come specifically to see him.
He likes to ride on the trains, sleep on the platform and "assist" in the restoration shed.
He provides much welcomed company and cuddles to everyone.
Sadly, Garfield has developed a lump on his head which has not responded well to previous treatment.
He now needs further investigation and medication from the vets, with the total bill looking to be around £300.
The railway is staffed by volunteers and is funded by public donations, so money is tight.
I am sure those of us who have had the pleasure of meeting Garfield will be happy to donate a few quid towards his vets bills.
Any money left over will go towards his food and treats.
