Hi, I'm a poor mentally ill disabled trans woman who had to escape an abusive situation in July 2014 and has been homeless since then(I've been staying with friends). I'm unemployed and because of mental disabilities I am not able to work right now. I really need help paying for the following things:

-food
-medication
-clothes
-endocronologist visits
