Keep Gemini Shining Bright!

The Gemini Theater officially opened in 1996 at The Factory in Pittsburgh, bringing classic children's stories to life on stage. Founders Dennis Palko and Lani Cataldi created musicals that not just presented a story, but opened the door for children to participate actively in the performances, Through original music & lyrics, and unique twists on familiar stories, Gemini Theater began growing and the small two-person staff found themselves working with more and more people who had a passion for bringing imagination to life through the performing arts, and sharing it with children and families.
It is almost twenty years later, and the Gemini Family recently found a new home in the Father Ryan Arts Center in McKees Rocks, PA. They are finding that there are so many children and teens in need of arts education and providing a place for that experience is more important than ever. However, many children do not have the financial means to be part of a theater, dance, or arts class. Gemini Theater never turns away a child or teen who wants to participate, but this generosity does need extra support from friends like you!
As we move into the summer, we are excited to have friends around Pittsburgh who are helping to provide funding for scholarships and tickets, so we can continue to bring affordable programs to families. However, keeping our castle running in top shape does need a little more help than our passion can provide. With your support, we can continue to foster quality theater education and provide new programming to families in our new neighborhood as well as the Pittsburgh Community. Every child, no matter what age, deserves every opportunity to discover the arts - you can help them to achieve that goal!
