Wearable tech for disability

I have been given the opportunity to beta test Google Glass. As a person with very limited use of my arms and hands, Google Glass would open up a world of possibility to me. It is essentially a voice-activated smartphone. I could take pictures and answer phone calls without having to sit down. I could video chat with my husband and kids when I travel to speak. I could document my just-blooming career as an author. This technology could make possible for people with disabilities many things the non-disabled world take for granted. No, this isn't a charity, but please consider helping me obtain this wonderful piece of (for me) assistive technology.
