Mission Trip Cape Town,South Africa

My name is Desiree Washington and I am going on my very frist mission trip this summer through One Heart Source organization. I feel as though this is a mission is which God has called me to share my passion of eduction to a community that otherwise would struggle for this opportunity. I will be traveling to Cape Town, South Africa to teach to a group of young children. During this trip I will also learn about the social injustices of Cape Town and Africa. 

The mission of One Heart Source is to empower low income areas with a priceless education. Education is a human right. With your help, I will be able to teach these children that their present situation does not effect their long term success.
