Green Revolution - Hemp Documentary Fundraiser

With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp was removed from a classification of a Schedule One narcotic to an agricultural commodity. Green Revolution (2020, Directed by Art Mireles) shines a light on the burgeoning American Hemp Industry, while delivering an international perspective from global within the global hemp industry. An industry that will have far reaching impacts across many sectors including economics, agriculture, and technology.


Your donations will support expenses incurred by the Green Revolution crew such as; travel, lodging, domestic and international transportation, meals, and equipment rental. The crew anticipates the start of international filming to begin in June 2019 and your support will help make this possible. With a budget $8,000 for our international shoot, we are looking to secure funding by applying to film grants, research opportunity grants, and by your generous support.


Our team of filmmakers are confident that with your support, we can create a film that is not only informative, but entertaining and visually stimulating. We ask for your support in this independent filmmaking endeavor. As a donor, you will receive web access to an eight minute Proof of Concept Film, and with Associate Producer credits are available to those at the $200 level or more.
