Moving fund/car repair for transfer

As some of you know, I've recently been laid off. My company has positions in other states, if I can find the means to move. So it's something of a Catch-22, if I can move, I can apply for a different position, but if I apply, while I have a good chance, there's no guarantee of getting the job and I only have a short window of opportunity to work with. So, I'm going to try, but before I can apply, I need to be able to show that I have resources to make the move and secure a home to move into, plus car repairs so my daughter and I will be able to safely drive to the new location.
