Help pay my bills while I'm in jail

My name is Susan Hunter and I need help paying my rent and bills while I am in jail in Los Angeles where I live. The city of Los Angeles literally denies a backlog of rape kits exist, including mine which I've been waiting two years to have processed, even though it tested positive for rape. The only response I get is that there isn't a backlog and all kits are processed in real time. I don't consider two years real time. The most current statement from the LASD quoted by the newly elected Sheriff Jim McDonnell states the city of LA cleared through its sizable backlog in 2011 and all kits are tested in real time. I don't agree with this statement and I have been very vocal in trying to raise awareness about it. I was openly critical of the LAPD for accepting a donated Lamborghini and dedicating the car its own Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account while funding is most likely the reason for the denial of the existence of the kits. I also created an online meme stating in 2012 the city of Los Angeles had over 960 rapes reported while the DAs office only closed 14 out of 18 cases they brought based on filing charges for rape. What about the other 940 victims? I feel my being openly critical of the cities law enforcement managers has led to my being targeted by the police force. One such encounter led to my being ticketed which is why I currently find myself facing jail time. I was amazed at the level of intimidation used by the officers to try and unlawfully search my car and purse. When we were in court in regards to this citation, the officer stated to the judge that I had driven on the wrong side of the road, into oncomming traffic, and across double yellow lines. I asked him if I had done all of this, why didn't he cite me for it? He stated the one ticket was enough. I was found guilty based on false testimony. I have no doubt I would be found guilty before I had even walked into court. I refuse to pay this fine or work it off with community service so now I am facing the very real possibilty of jail time. I will not pay for the city to threaten my freedom of speech becuase of my demand of accountabilty in actually going after sex offenders. If I do, then it means I financially support the same corruption I am so vocal against. I won't pay it. I have had plenty of time to think about it and I can not in good conscious give them what they want. I can't give them permission to treat me like this while denying my rape kit even exists. So I look forward to going to jail while my rapist walks free. I want to know how the city can logically excuse putting me behind bars, but not a rapist when the evidence that proves what I am saying is sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. Most likely his DNA is attached to other rape kits they are holding. If they had really processed all the rape kits like the city says they do, the arrest warrant should have his name on it, not mine. Thank you for your time and donation in helping me with rent, bills, and possible legal fees in getting the city of Los Angeles to acknowledge the existance of thousands of rape kits and other evidence to put pressure on them to put sex offenders behind bars. I don't want this to be about money, but I won't be able to work while I'm in jail fighting for my beliefs. I don't have much of a choice but to ask for financial gift donations.
