Help me feel complete

I have been on T for 2 years now. I have never been happier in my life. I feel like i am finally becoming the person, the man that i always wanted to be. When I look in the mirror I am finally getting to the point where i am happy with what i see. As a lot of you know our health care system is terrible when it comes to the trans community. I know that top surgery is the final piece to my transition. The surgery cost is around $10,000. Any help is appreciated but reaching 50% would be amazing. Right now that sum of money seems impossible. Any help would be amazing. I would be eternaly grateful for the help. I am holding back tears and my pride as i write this. Thanks for the help guys.
