Help me finish school

Hello,
My name is Filip Curkovic and I am 21 years old. I am originally from Zagreb, Croatia, but I decided to make a big step in my life and come to the USA for school. I just started my Junior year of college at San Diego State University. That is my second year in California, after I spent my Freshman year at Concordia University in Wisconsin.
How did I end up coming to the States for school? Well, I have been playing ice hockey since I was 4 years old and at the age of 15, I joined a professional team Medvescak Zagreb. Since I was still high school student, I had to miss school every other day due to my commitments to the professional team. The summer before my Senior year, after I got the Best Goalie award at the World U18 Championship, I was offered to sign a professional contract in Denmark, but my family and I decided that it would be the best if I stay home and keep working on education. Since I had several teammates from the States, they advised me that going to the States would be the best option for me because I would not need to miss school because of hockey there and I will get great education!

So, here I am now! After spending an awesome year at CUW and being part of the Falcons hockey, I transferred to San Diego State and joined the Aztecs and their hockey team, which made me the first Croatian born and raised hockey player that plays in the States! I am majoring in Business Management with emphasizes in Sports Management and I am thinking of adding a minor in Geography. My overall GPA is 3.8 (on the scale of 4.0) and I have been selected to the Dean's List every single semester due to my academic achievements! I have also been nominated to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars!
Unfortunately, even though that I am in top 10% of my class and an athlete, I do not get much financial support from SDSU since there are no scholarships for International Students. Also, I cannot neither apply for FAFSA nor get Californian residency because I am not American citizen, so I have to pay out-of-state tuition, for which I do not have funds anymore. I have a job, but that is not enough to pay for all the bills.
I need help from you, good people, to help me in pursuing my dreams. I managed to finish Freshman and Sophomore years with flying colors in both the classroom and the rink, but I need your little push, which would mean a lot to me, to finish Junior and Senior year!
Any kind of help is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Filip Curkovic
