Help my fight against Hodgkins Disease

Donation protected
My story mainly starts in 2010 when they found a lump in my right breast. There were also masses in my axillary lymph nodes. They did an excisional biopsy of the breast which luckily came back benign. The surgeon said that since that was benign, we will leave the lymph nodes alone. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that but he was the doc after all.

In 2013, I had another mammogram and ultrasound followed by a needle biopsy. That one came back suspicious but not definitive. The oncologist at the time flippantly asked how I was feeling to which I replied, " I guess not too bad." So, he said, "Then no need to worry, you're fine."

I was not comfortable with his diagnosis or treatment towards me.

In April of 2014, I had another suspicious mammogram and ultrasound. I asked for a different doctor who ordered the biopsy with an extra cytology step in the testing. I finally got my diagnosis after 4 years of wondering and worrying. I found out that I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma - Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Lymphoma. At the time of diagnosis,  I was told I was stage IIa. I came to find out in a following PET scan that it was not just in my axillary nodes but I had medastinal involvement.

I have been fighting Hodgkin's Lymphoma among other chronic issues. I have worked all my life and supported myself and my daughters....without any help from either of their biological fathers. I have been out of work since December.....unemployment in Florida was a short 16 weeks..... I have been looking for employment since exhausting my benefit even though a trip to the grocery store is too much for me on most days. I have never asked much of anyone else, but at this point....I need help. I no longer have ANY money and am waiting for disability to kick in.....eventually. I  do receive food stamps which is a great help, but paying basic bills and copays is almost impossible....as well as medication. At this point any small donation will help. My landlord has been very understanding  up until now but I think his understanding  is coming to an end.

All I want is to support myself.....I've even been to a few interviews but by the time I get to the interview, I'm sure I look terrible drenched in sweat from head to toe.  I'm sure I was a sight....ugh. So, I am a desparate person who needs a helping hand. Please help me out by giving what you can. Anything. I'm about to lose my Obamacare which paid a great portion of my expenses.  Still have chemo and upcoming tests....not sure I can even afford them which will mean letting the disease take its course naturally. Once again....any little bit will do wonders!  Thanks, Dawn
