Jerry's Fundraiser

Jerry Chacon is a great friend, with a heart of gold and unsurpassed generosity. He is always there to help his friends, and also donates his time and artistic talents to people he doesn't even know. He is always going the extra mile for those he cares about, and it's about time we do the same for him.

Jerry is suffering from a neurological disorder called Myoclonus (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/myoclonus/DS00754), which is very expensive to treat. Jerry has been suffering from this for months now, and it could potentially pose a threat to not only his line of work, but his passion for art.

Unfortunately, Jerry does not have insurance and he cannot afford that or the treatment that is necessary to alleviate the symptoms, he suffers from. That is where we, his friends and family, come in. The funds earned from this site will be used strictly for Jerry's medical costs and anything he may need in order to make this disorder as comfortable as possible.
