High School Track Flag Pole

I am doing an Eagle Scout Project which entails putting a flag pole at the high school track in my hometown, as it does not currently have one. I believe that a flag should always be present at sporting events for the national anthem. The pole that my school wants is expensive and the school is willing to meet me dollar for dollar. This would be a great thing for my community and would help me complete my eagle scout project.
