Hiking For a Cure

It would be hard to find one person who's life has not been affected by cancer. For me, like many of you,  I have lost loved ones to this awful disease.

Beginning the weekend of April 23 thru October 31, I have pledged to take the SoCalHiker Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge to rasie money for a cure. My challenge is to summit: Mount Wilson, Cucamonga Peak, Mount Baldy, San Bernardino Peak, Mount San Jactino and Mount San Gorgonio by October 31, 2016. If I complete my challenge, I will have hiked 6 peaks, 82 miles and over 27,000 vertical feet of elevation.

I will provide an update after each completed summit. Please feel free to make a donation after each completed summit, or simply a one time donation. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and will go to a good cause.   

All monies raised  will be directly donated to the American Cancer Society.

I am hiking in the memory and honor of loved ones I have lost to cancer.
