Help For Chris and Jeaneen Davis
Donation protected
Many of our friends and extended YS family know Chris Davis. He has been in the youth ministry world for 20 years. Chris has worked in the local church, was part of the YS staff for about 13 years (where he made countless things work behind the scenes at YS) and also worked with our friends at Simply Youth Ministry for four years.
Last year Chris's wife Jeaneen was diagnosed with brain cancer. She underwent surgery and months of treatment while Chris and their two children (Katie and Carter) prayed, supported, and cheered for her. We have been part of her team as well, and were heartbroken to read an update from Chris last week that said Jeaneen's tumor is back and growing quickly and aggressively. Surgery is not an option at this point and doctors are exploring what options there might be for her.
Many of you have asked how you can help their family, and we are inviting you to join us. We are trying to raise money to help with medical costs, and to give Chris the chance to take a break from his freelance work to be able to focus on Jeaneen and spend quality time with his family as they walk through this difficult time.
Together we can bless them in a very tangible way, won't you consider giving a gift today? And please... share this with others you know.
