El Palenque Support Fund

Hello! My name is Jessica and I am starting this campaign to support El Palenque Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in Ferguson, MO.

Joel and Maria Flores opened their Ferguson location nine years ago and have been strong supporters of this wonderful community since that time. In addition to their amazing Mexican cuisine and delightful margaritas, they recently expanded and opened a Cantina. As if the Restaurant and Cantina are not enough, Joel is always busy making home made sweet treats, such as chocolate covered candy, pretzels, Oreos, etc. They are also well known for their delicious caramel apples, which St. Louis Magazine included in their list of the eight best caramel apples in St. Louis.

El Palenque, among many other wonderful Ferguson businesses, has suffered from the unrest that began in early August.  They have not only sustained damage to their building, but have lost business.

This is a family owned (and you will know it as soon as you walk through the door) business that needs our support right now.  Anything you can do ensure they are able to sustain the business they have worked tirelessly to build is greatly appreciated.
