Ideson Family to the Paralympics

This coming March our family will be taking a trip to Pyeongchang, South Korea to cheer on the Canadian Wheelchair curling team at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.
Currently, my husband Mark (see his story here)
is preparing to represent Canada a second time at the Paralympics. In 2013, Mark was selected to the national team and had the honour of representing Canada at the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia where their team came away with the gold medal.
We are extremely excited to share this experience as a family, as our kids are now old enough to fully enjoy the winter games.
Luckily Curling Canada and the Canadian Paralympic Committee cover Mark's expenses for the trip, but the cost for our family, estimated at $12,000-$15,000, will not be.
We are reaching out for support to get our family to the paralympics, as our Canadian Wheelchair curling team plays in pursuit of another Paralympic gold medal.
