HELP SUPPORT NICHOLAS SPENCER & FAMILY

Hello everyone, I am asking for help in raising some money for my friend Kelly and her son Nicholas.. On November 30 2014 Nicholas was in a terrible skateboarding accident where he suffered major head injuries, he was airlifted to McMaster children's hospital where he was put into a medically induced coma.. He finally woke up and things were looking better, he was transferred out of the ICU and there was talk of him going home...Unfortunately last night Nicholas took a turn for the worst, he was rushed in for emergency brain surgery where half of his skull was removed to relieve the pressure from the brain bleeds.. He is now on full life support and things are not looking that good
