Fund Compensation Challenge

Victor Nealon needs your help to challenge the UK Government over its refusal to pay miscarriage of justice compensation to him and other applicants . He was released in December 2013 after serving 17 years in prison after evidence showed the presence of the DNA of another man . The Government recently changed the law in the UK and now breaches the presumption of innocence making anybody who applies for compensation prove they didn't commit the offence - which is an impossible task for them .
