Hope for Phoenix & his CDH battle

We thought this pregnancy was normal but at 28 weeks Phoenix's mommy went into preterm labor and was given the necessary drugs to stop the labor and help develop baby Phoenix's lungs, after they had successfully stopped the Labor they did an ultrasound and discovered a hole in Phoenix's diaphragm and his bowels, intestines and stomach were in his chest cavity pushing his heart to the right side of his chest and preventing lung growth this condition is called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia or CDH. It happens in only 1 in 2500 babies its not very common and a serious condition that will require surgery to repair his diaphram and they will have to put his intestines and stomach back in place after he is born and stable enough to have his surgery. After additional testing they gave him a 50-60% chance of survival they also discovered he has a little bit of his right lung developed, and he has no other birth defects or deformalities and they discovered that this is just some random birth defect not a genetically passed one, if he does survive the surgery he will always have continued health problems in the future with his breathing and possibly be delayed in his growth and hitting milestones like walking and talking. We will be meeting with the surgeon on Jan 12th to see when star will be induced, the high risk Dr in columbia seems to think that could be the day or shortly afterwards, I will be taking a leave of abcence from work to take care of our other 3 healthy kids  and will be juggling going from st louis where the hospital will be treating Phoenix's condition is and our house which is 3 hours away as star will be staying at the hospital with our son... please help us be able to spend every moment we can with our son... He has not been doing practice breaths like he should be.. we think we have a long hospital stay ahead of us... if you cant donate even $5 please share this.. we know there are good people out there... please help us reach our goal.. all donations go towards travel and living expenses.. and if he doesnt make it they go towards his funeral.
