Patient or criminal? Med Marijuana

our good friend Jason Endicott a hardworking husband and father dealing with uncontrollable diabetes, causing him neuropathy in both legs, has an insulin pump, and damaged shoulder from a severe accident, not wanting to use Oxycontin, Hydrocodone, etc.....he has been prescribed medical marijuana in Oregon- His wife and disabled child are also patients.  A few years ago he was arrested with his medicine while travelling thru TX,  (y'all know how they feel about that) he was released and never recieved a court date letter, so an outstanding warrant was put out.  He was pulled over in Oregon on Dec 22 and arrested for the warrant.  His wife has retained an attorney, posted bail, but he's going to need some help fighting for his rights as a patient.  They want to extradite him, his life depends on his insulin pump and Texas has suggested he won't be able to have it in prison.  He's a good guy, donates his time, energy, and money to those he can help whenever possible-that's how we met him.   
He has a lot of respect in the medical marijuana community , we need to help this guy out and stand up for patients all over!  If you like many, don't have the money just pass on the word that'd be great!
