Help Train A Service Dog!

Donation protected
I have Brown-Sequard Syndrome at T10 due to an "incident" that happened during the surgery for my uterine cancer May 17th, 2013. I'm fully disabled and unable to work making saving money on my own near impossible for this. I'm at my maximum healing now and really need the assistance a service dog could provide. A service dog would assist me in mobility and balance both at home and out in public, doing task like picking things up, carry items, pull things like laundry baskets, fetch my walker or cane, assist me in getting up if I fall or even help stand from sitting or laying down, blocking (or posting)so people don't knock me over in crowded situtations and many other tasks I have trouble with and need help doing.
Rather than spend the $25,000+ for a trained and bred service dog, I would like to adopt a rescue and train for whats needed. I'm a second chance human, so why not have a second chance dog?!? We need each other! The money will be used for the adoption fee for the dog itself, training classes, certification and any care that may be needed.
Your help would be greatly appreciated as day to day activities are increasingly becoming more difficult for me and this would give me so much more freedom and indepedence!
