Jacksonport Sidewalk Project

The Jacksonport Area Business Association is on a mission to raise money to replace the gravel walking paths in our downtown area with concrete sidewalks. Our town funded the current walking paths to give people a safe way to travel the town on foot but due to low funds the town could not afford concrete sidewalks.  The gravel walking paths provide a good base on which concrete can be added, saving time and money, we would like to try and raise money to improve upon the paths. The concrete sidewalks would correct some of the issues people are still having navigating on foot such as one being the uneven surface which is having the young families still using the road with their strollers. Concrete sidewalks would also give the town a fresh new look with a inviting appearance to walk around and explore our town.

 We appreciate any donation to our cause of creating a safe walking area for pedestrians and also adding to the aesthetics of the town of Jacksonport.
