Help Pay for Marci's Wheelchair

I've lived with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy for 20 years. Over this time, I've not let it rule my life. Even though I have to wear a brace, I still try to remain active. When I was first diagnosed, I had spent almost a year on crutches, and through hard work and determination, I was able to get rid of them for a very long time. Now, it's catching up to me again. I have to use crutches to help get around and even then it's still painful to walk. My doctor has written for me to get a wheelchair and my insurance has approved it. The only thing keeping me from it now, is the copay. A wheelchair would mean that I can get around a lot easier and with a lot less pain.
Through all this, I am going to school at SFA full time and I am also active on campus. Walking around campus has become very hard, and again...painful.
Update...for those that keep asking. This is a custom wheelchair because of the piece on the back and it's what is best for my strength/abilities. The piece on the back is the most expensive and this is what it is: http://max-mobility.com/ And as far as the custom wheelchair, this is what we mutually decided would be best for me because it is ultralight and can fit in my car: http://kimobility.com/Product.action?productName=Rogue/
At first it was suggested that I use a motorized wheelchair, but my car is too small for it, which is why we went with the Smart Drive from Max Mobility. My doctor and the specialist at the DME company both decided that this would be the best way to go for me.
