Jimmy's Winter

Here is where a chapter comes to a close for Team Jimmy. Over the last 6 months, the Bentley's have ensured Jimmy's needs get met by posting his needs and good souled people have done well at covering those desires Jimmy has . In 6 months the host family has received roughly $1,200 this was due to a go fund me, the team raising money threw t-shirt sales, wrist braclets, and Christmas orniments. It's time for Jimmy to almost take off. How much money can be raised now to send Jimmy off with every material item he needs. Alot of things are done and bought through donations via mail. Jimmy has received blanks, pillow, tent, solar charger for cell. He needs more though . He needs bike repairs,  bungee cords, a solar or easy to use grill light weight, food, snacks , and more. The Bentley's have given alot to Jimmy over the last 6 months. And would do it again if needed. This go fund me page is to ensure he has the proper items he needs. To be able to let go,  trust him and God to allow Jimmy to have a great time travling. If Jimmy doesn't end up "back home" before winter. Please some one take him in. He truly has a mental impairment and his judgments are a bit off. He's harmless, he's giving, he's loveable. Our mission over all is " Never let Jimmy Robinson go hungry again." Id like to see this nation we live in,  live up to the title we all share. United we stand, divided we fall. Jimmy Robinson is a transient (person who chooses homelessness and travels) who has been all over the country. He has seen some amazing things through out his adventures. Unfortunately Jimmy has been hit by 2 cars within 18 months apart and is feeling the effect of those hits. Jimmy acknowledges that between his health and his age, staying inside during the winter months is in his best interest. In the current county in Iowa of which Jimmy has ended up he has found himself a team of 4 couples who are willing to help Jimmy through the winter months. However these couples are not rich by any means. Jimmy requires a higher level of care due to mental health impairments, cataracts, and arthritis he is limited to what he can do on his own in an actual home setting. Jimmy has no source of income and until the team can find out his social security number and set up a social worker the team needs your financial support for housing (utilities increase) food, clothing, entertainment (he likes pool, bowling and going to movies) and transportation for appointments that will be out of the town he will reside in. Jimmy is willing to rake leaves, shovel snow or small non hard labours means if making money for himself. We are very open to you meeting Jimmy and in fact encourage it. He is a loving, caring and very humble man. Once you meet him you will understand why we are greatful he has chosen to let us help him through the winter. He is looking forward to being able to watch sports on tv, rest up for his journey in the spring and play as much pool as he can. Anything you may feel compelled to give would be greatly appreciated by Jimmy and the families that are supporting Jimmy.
