Joseph Ihedigbo Charity

The deplorable conditions of many families in rural Nigeria moved me to establish a charity organization here in the U.S. and Nigeria called the Joseph Ihedigbo Charity Foundation.  This nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization, founded in 2008, provides food, clothing, toys and  educational resources to families in need. We sponsor 26 families in Nigeria, the sponsorship includes contributing significantly towards the families daily welfare, upkeep, and paying for the childrens education. 

Annually, the Foundation holds a Christmas giveaway event in Georgia and in Nigeria. Families in need receive food, clothes, toys, and other household items.  In December 2015, we served 100 people in Georgia and 125 people in Nigeria.  In December 2016, the numbers grew to 150 in Georgia and 200 in Nigeria.  The need is growing, so we really need help to sustain this mission. With your contribution, we will be able to reach more families and also continue to provide for the families that we are sponsoring.
