Hi, my name is Jeremiah. I am 11 years old. In 2009 I was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a disease that causes progressive weakening of the muscles that leads to death. There is no
known cure. I will be in 6th grade this year. Climbing stairs, running ,riding bikes or just playing with other kids can be very challenging for me. As my mobility continues to decrease I am spending more and more time in my wheel chair/scooter that has limited capabilites. I would like to get the action track chair to be able to ride through the mud, hunt with my brother & dad ,climb rocks & just to play out in the snow . Enjoy activities & everday life with my family and friends. All the things little boys like me like to do. Thank you for your generousity and immeasurable gift of independence.
