Injured Couple

Both my husband and I are on the injured list. I have a torn tendon in my foot, which limits how long 8 can be on it, and will be having surgery at the end of January. My husband has a torn tendon on his shoulder and his workplace chose to send him home instead of working around his doctor ordered limitations. I don't know when he can go back, or if he'll need surgery too. This amount is for bills like rent, insurance, and electricity, for the next 3 months. I did not include food or vehice fuel. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
