Save My Cat Buddy

Hello, my name is Luna Slater. I have had my cat, Buddy, since I was four years old. I am now 18 years old. He is in great health besides being blind in one eye... and his foot. He cut his paw pad on an unknown object back in May of 2013 and it won't heal. His toe will scab over and be fine for a few weeks, but then he will start to lick it and pick at it no matter what I do to stop him. He opens the wound again and again and bleeds extreme amounts. The blood that has come out of his toe has destroyed my couch, all of my blankets, multiple articles of clothing, and other things. However, that is not the point. The point is his health. I don't have the money to take him to the vet, as it's even a struggle to pay my 1,050/month rent. I don't want him to end up dead due to such a small wound producing so much blood. I would appreciate it if anybody could donate money so that I could take him to the vet and see what they can do for his pawpad.

Please help my cat, I love him to death. He's come with me from my house and to three different apartments. I don't want to lose him from such a small injury that won't heal without veterinary care!
