Drum Corps Tuition

Hi everybody! This year, I am contracted to march for Carolina Crown, a world class Drum and Bugle Corps. This corps would take me on a nationwide tour lasting all summer.

For those of you who might not know, a Drum Corps is an ensemble of highly skilled musicians and performers who learn and perform alongside one another, throughout the course of the summer. This an excellent oppurtunity for me to grow as a musician and a performer. Unfortunately, it is one I might not get the privilege to do again.

Along with the great deal of time and excellence this activity demands, comes a fee each member is required to pay to be allowed to participate in the activity. However, the fee completely covers the cost of the instruction, as well as my food, housing, and transportation throughout the season.

This is an educational experience that will not always be available, so it is really important to me to participate while I can. With help from many people, I will have a great oppourtunity that may not present itself again.
