Basic equipment for Ferrito Martial Arts

As a dedicated martial artist, the decision to relocate meant leaving behind my instructors and training partners. While I visit and train with them as often as possible (once every other month or so,) I knew that training would never be the same. It was time for a serious gut-check in the form of "planting a flag" here in Portland to promote Farang Hapkido and Modern Farang Mu Sul.

As a teacher by vocation with a master's degree in education, I know what it is to structure, deliver, and assess learning, and I feel a responsibility to share what I know and love with others. I have utilized available resources to limit costs such as a free

, and the gym in my apartment building for smaller training sessions. Your funding will help to secure the basic necessities for new students' training including (but not limited to) Thai pads, focus mitts, air shields, gloves, head gear, shin pads, and most importantly mats and space rental for larger classes until we're ready for a storefront.
