Fired after work injuries

In April 2013, I fell on my job. A child got sick outside of the bathrooms in the lobby at my job (and I fell after a poor clean up job). I injured my back/neck, tore my left knee meniscus (just had a knee replacement September 18, 2019), tore my right leg labrum (I had to have a hip replacement last September) and landed on my right hand and left shoulder. After being off of work for 2 weeks with a doctor's note, I was fired (my "at will" employment status was terminated).
Fast forward nearly 7 years from my injuries, I had a undiagnosed labral tear in my right hip that became bone-on-bone and I had to have a hip replacement September 2018. I have literally been limping for five years until I couldn't walk anymore. I had a knee replacement September 2019. I had a detached retina and eye surgery a month ago.
I learned earlier last year in 2019 that my attorneys did NOT FILE the paperwork for me to get compensated for my injuries. They have come up with a "glitch" that might reopen my case but the case in on appeal until March 31, 2020.
NOW, the larger attorney group, who referred my attorney that did not file with the courts, offered to pay my moving expenses BUT they are requiring that I sign a document that states that I will NOT go after them in a MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT. The wording is STILL being changed and I need to move in 3 weeks time. I have no money for movers.
The craziest thing is that I have now lost my home. The money that they are offering for me to NOT file a malpractice lawsuit would've saved my home. I am still recovering from the knee replacement and the detached retina eye surgery so packing is not easy. I NEED MOVING MONEY TO PAY A MOVER.
