We are a Federally Qualified Health Center serving low income patients from all over the world- most of whom now reside in Chicago's Albany Park neighborhood.
This time of year can be a difficult one for many of our patients, so we will be putting together gift baskets of groceries to help make ends meet. Help us help 30 families in need this holiday season!
Each basket of staple foods and toilettries costs $75-100, but any amount of money you donated is incredibly valuable.
We will be distributing the baskets December 3rd, 2016, so please give now!
