Please help my Trans Girlfriend!

My girlfriend Tessa is 21 years old she is trans (m to f) and has been going through hell living with her mom.  Her mom doesnt have a job (so their living off of disablility but the money is alway gone). Her mom is on drugs like meth and whatever drugs she can get her hands on. Tessa's mom verbally abuses her everyday and sometimes her mom tries to get physical with her. Her mom doesn't ever buy food for the house so Tessa sometimes goes days without eating or just eating things like crackers and cheese that are left over. And your probaly wondering what does her mom eat? Well her mom usually goes out to meet guys and fuck them (also bringing men to her house to stay, leaving Tessa in danger of getting molested or raped and it has happened before and her mom didn't give a rats ass) for food, money , and drugs leaving Tessa at home with nothing. Tessa's mom constantly tries to con Tessa out of the little amount of money that Tessa has (she went from like $150 from selling things she had to $25 because of her mom) to buy things like cigarettes and if Tessa doesn't do it her mom get violent and calls her mean and homophobic names. She goes through her room and takes whatever she can sell and then cusses her out when Tessa confronts her about it . Tessa isn't able to get a job because her mom doesn't put gas in the car , Tessa's license is expired so is her moms , they don't have a car tag so there's not really a way to get to a job (Tessa lives kind of far from the main town) Tessa doesn't have a high school education because she had to take care of her mom most of her high school life and we live in Alabama of all places. Most of the time Tessa doesn't get sleep at all at night because her mom is walking back and forth through out the house freaking out and banging on doors. I am moving out soon and i am taking Tessa out of this environment, but she needs help getting on her feet and having a place to start.

Why she needs the money:
-getting her GED
-license renewal
-food
-upcoming followup appointment
-possible see her therapist again because she had to drop hers cause she has no money.

We're gonna need most of the money we could get.
